Song: Triptides – ‘Bright Sky’
Indiana’s Triptides are another inspired investment from London’s Stroll On Records, a label who seem to have a gaze akin to that of Sauron when it comes to uncovering talented artists on the other side of the globe. Following on from a string of singles and two online albums, Triptides are gearing up to release their debut physical full length, entitled ‘Sun Pavillion’, this November. Poetically describing their music as both ‘land-locked sandrock’ and ‘surrealistic surf’, the elated sound is made up of beautifully-toned guitar arpeggios, shelled-out drums and hushed layers of warm vocal as demonstrated by uplifting album opener ‘Bright Sky’.
